Step 1: German language

Step 2: C1 Medical Terminology or B2-C1 Medicine Terminology or FSP
FSP (Fachsprachprüfung)
It is a temporary medical license. To get a temporary medical permit, you need to take the Medical Language-communication exam and Medical Terminology exam. It is known as “Fachsprachprüfung”.
After learning all levels of the German language, you need to give a test.
There are three in FSP
1) Patient case history: It is the 1st stage of the FSP test. And it is also a 20-minute test. But in this process,
you have to understand the history of the patient. Patient’s illness problem and what is the recovery now and seeing the history which all treatment can give for further treatment. So you have to make a proper report based on history.
2) Documentation: You have to Write down the history of the Patient and use medical terminology.
3) Doctor-to-Doctor conversation:
The Doctor’s conversation is the third step in Fachsprachprüfung. It is a 20-minute test, and the conversation will happen between Doctor to Doctor.
The FSP exam duration is one hour and on the same day they will announce the result.
FSP Pass
If you pass the test, then you will get:-
2-year temporary medical license
You can start work, and you will get around 5000 to 6000 euros /month
If You can also start clinical practice in the hospital as an assistant Doctor/Dentist.
FSP Fail
Suppose you are not able to clear the test then do not worry, again you will get a chance after 3 months. So there are unlimited attempts for the FSP test. So do your best 100% you will get a chance for medical residency in Germany
Step 3: Degree Evaluation/"Defizitbescheid"
Once candidates submit the diploma or degree documents, they will go for an evaluation. That means once the candidate provides the documents then according to German rule, it will go for German translation and then an attestation process. After that, the candidate can apply for degree evaluation.
Step 4: Approbation exam
The Approbation exam or Knowledge test or kennitsprufung or Permanent Medical license After clearing the KP test Doctors are eligible to go for free PG/Medical Residency to work as a doctor in Germany. Then, After getting the license, Doctors can work all over Europe- Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, etc.
Medical Residency in Germany for Non-MCI Doctors

Step 1: Start the German language
A1, A2, B1, B2, C1
If the candidate wants to learn a Language after A1 in their home country then he can apply for a 16B National visa & and continue with A2, B1, B2, and C1 in Germany.
The candidate wants to learn till B2 in their home country then he can apply for a 17A National visa & continue with C1 in Germany.

Step 2: Degree Evaluation/”Defizitbescheid”/ Eingangsbestatigung
Once the candidate starts the language parallel has to apply for degree evaluation to get a Deficit letter from the German Medical Authority.
After translation and attestation of documents can submit for degree/diploma evaluation. Getting an evaluation letter will take time around 3 ~ 5 months meanwhile candidates can keep on learning the German language.
Step 3: Once the candidate receives the deficit letter from the German Medical Authority, along with the language level that he/she completed in the home country and Additional documents required from Germany the candidate can apply for a German visa application. (Complete assistance will be given by WOE).
Step 4: After the German visa interview candidates can get approval within 4 to 6 weeks and can fly to Germany.
Step 5: In Germany
Once the candidate clears C1 Hochschule, He/she can apply for University to complete the Deficit of degree/diploma, which is called a Practicum or Internship to complete the German Medical University curriculum to become a German Medical graduate. After the Practicum, He/she has to write two exams called M2 & and M3. Once He/she clears these exams can get approbation to register as a medical doctor and also can enter into a medical residency program with a stipend of about 4500 ~ 6000 Euros/month.
After getting the license, Doctors can work all over Europe- Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, etc.
